Delivery time

SIM cards are dispatched the same day or the day following receipt of your order, depending on the time of the order:

  • Europe and Rest of the World orders ship the same day if placed before 1pm EET. If you place an order on a Friday after 11am EET, delivery will take 1 day longer.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched the following Monday, delivery will take 2 more days.

Delivery delay

UbeeTravel SIM cards are currently delivered with the Post Office

Delivery in Europe: 3 to 5 days

Delivery to Australia: 2-3 days

Delivery to Canada and the United States: 2 to 4 days

International delivery: 3 to 8 days

UbeeTravel only uses tracked deliveries. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address given during checkout.

If you place your order on a Friday evening, please add 2 more days to the delivery time.

Free express delivery
UbeeTravel offers express delivery with tracking to all its customers.
Haven't received your SIM card?

If your SIM card has not arrived, please check the delivery status of your package, using your tracking number on the delivery service’s website.

Where can I find the tracking number for my order?
The tracking number of your package is sent to you by e-mail with the confirmation of the shipment of the package.
Does UbeeTravel deliver SIM cards to all countries?

We ship SIM cards worldwide with free express delivery.

Please note that there are exceptions. UbeeTravel does not deliver SIM cards to countries at war or under economic embargo for logistical reasons.
